The Concept strings appears 21 times in the practices arrays of user-facing Practice Exercises, but can only appear at most 10 times:
/Users/daniel.berg/Documents/Projekt/Exercism/ruby/config.json

If I'm interpreting this correctly, there are too many practice exercises for the strings concepts
